Your complete satisfaction is our goal!
We will do all within reason, to resolve customer satisfaction issues in a timely manner. Any discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, let us know and we will promptly send a replacement gift or provide you with a refund or replacement.

Cancellation & Claims Policy
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping by calling us Toll Free at 1- 866-452-3872 on the original day that the order was submitted but not later than 5pm Eastern Standard Time. Any cancellation thereafter will result in our refunding only 50% of the order.  

Privacy Policy
Gift Baskets Galore recognizes that your privacy is important to you and we assure you that we will use it responsibly. The information we collect includes: name, address, telephone number, email address, IP address and when necessary, date of birth and credit card information when you:

  • Place an order with us
  • Receive a gift from us

Your information will be shared with other parties which provide services to us such as credit card processing , United Parcel Service or other support services.

We may also reserve the right to share and cross reference customer information with companies that may be of interest to you. In the event of any of the above, your information may be transferred.

We’ll take great care in getting your gift delivered!
Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. may be delivered the same day. Any orders placed after 12:00 p.m. may be delivered the next business day. Recipients are usually notified shortly before delivery of a gift however, we may on occasion need to leave a gift in the care of a neighbor. Signatures are obtained for future reference if necessary.

Shipping
U.P.S. is our chosen carrier. Gifts are shipped Mon thru Friday and are usually processed the same day in which your order has been placed. Ground shipping is method of shipping on non-perishable gifts and second day, three day select and overnight air is available for shipping bakery/fruit baskets and other perishable gifts.

Claims for orders returned or misrouted due to incorrect recipient information submitted such as name, address, zip code or telephone will not be honored. Please provide accurate shipping information when placing an order. We reserve the right to charge for any return shipping due to incorrect information.

Arrival Times: Gift Baskets Galore/ The Savvy Gourmet does not guarantee times or dates of arrival of gifts regardless of method of shipping. Ground deliveries normally arrive in 3-9 Business days after being shipped (U.P.S. does  not deliver on Saturday with the exception of over night air) . Arrival times/dates are estimates only and do not include the day the order is placed or shipped. The time of day the order is placed, method of delivery, weather conditions, location of recipient, Holidays, Carrier delay and most importantly incorrect shipping information such as: Suite #’s, zip codes and phone numbers may result in lost packages or may be delivered to unintended recipients. Carriers may or may not leave a package at the door. It is completely up to the driver’s discretion to determine whether or not a signature is required. If the driver feels it best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package is deemed undeliverable and will be returned to us.

Business Shipments
Carriers do not deliver to individual recipients within a business. They will deliver packages to a designated area, dock or front desk. For your own protection, please consider sending your gift to the recipient’s home address.

We guarantee wonderful responses from the recipients of our gifts!
We reserve the right to make product substitutions of equal or greater value due to product availability. Due to the melting point of chocolate, temperature safe substitutions are made (May-Sept) or as necessary.
