When should I order my Holiday Gifts? The Holidays are an exciting but busy time for us. Its never too early to arrange a consult regarding your holiday orders. All of our gifts baskets are assembled upon receipt of your order. Custom designs require our submitting a sample for approval, product is then ordered and staff coordinated to complete your order. We insist on getting it right so as soon as you have your list ready, ( well before thanksgiving is never too early) please contact us and we will make your Holiday gift giving go as smoothly as possible.
Who provides the baked goods? We support local vendors, bakeries and restaurant suppliers when purchasing fresh baked goods. Our baked goods are individually wrapped on premises following strict guidelines for safe food handling. Freshness is everything and we assure you only the freshest products for our gifts!
Can I customize a gift basket? Yes! Custom gifts allow us the opportunity to be creative while personalizing a gift for you. You may supply us with products with your business logo , a keepsake for baby or bride-to-be or alcoholic products. Custom designs begin at $99.00 .
Can I change the contents of a basket? We have designed our gifts around best sellers and customer favorites. If a basket contains an item not suitable for the recipient due to an food allergy, please include your request upon check out..we are here to please and are happy to make small changes when necessary.
What other types of baskets can you design? If you think it we can design it ! We love the opportunity to be creative for special events, fundraisers and when you need something unique to the occasion. If its not in our inventory, a designer will procure everything needed to create a spectacular gift.
Can I order a gift for someone on a special diet? Yes! We can customize a gift for someone with special requirements. Special diets are often necessary and require special products: sugar free, high protein, low carb, heart healthy....please contact us regarding creating a gift to meet these needs.
Are you open to the public? We take pride in our lovely showroom and enjoy meeting our customers in person however, due to current events, we have become mostly an online business. We continue to welcome visitors and to those who need to pick up purchases however, please call to make an appointment so we can make proper accomodations.
When will my gift be delivered? Please allow 24-48 hours (excluding weekends) from the time you place your order for your gift to leave our premises. Its important that we deliver your gift expeditiously however, weekends, inclement weather and Holidays may result in a short delay. Local deliveries are made Monday-Friday and gifts are shipped daily. Please note: gifts shipped on Fridays are held at shipping facility over the weekend so please consider this delay when placing your order. New England shipments are usually delivered within 24-48 hours depending on exact location. Once a gift is shipped UPS, Connecticut delivery time is 24 hours.
Can I track a Package? United Parcel Service is our chosen carrier and your shipping number has been provided upon checkout. Please refer to “track a package” on our home page. If you experience an issue just give us a call and we would be happy to help.
Do you deliver/ship to hospitals? Yes! we deliver to hospitals but please confim that the recipient hasn’t been discharged. We recommend waiting until your loved one arrives safely at home to enjoy their gift basket.
Can I specify a future delivery date for a gift? During off peak ,We do our best to deliver your gifts to your specifications however during holiday rush, our drivers have specific areas to cover and Holiday gifts begin up to two weeks prior...Tis the season to enjoy and it’s never to early. We do respect your wishes so leave us a note upon checkout and we will try to accomodate your request as best we can.
