We will do everything possible to expedite your order!
Arrival Times: Gifts are often shipped same day that we receive your order. Gifts shipped within is Connecticut is overnight once it leaves our premises. Gift Baskets Galore does not guarantee times or dates of arrival of gifts regardless of method of shipping. Ground deliveries normally arrive in one to three business days (depending on location) after being shipped. (Connecticut is next business day and UPS delivers on Saturday as well.) Arrival times/dates are estimates only and do not include the day the order is placed or shipped. The time of day the order is placed, method of delivery, weather conditions, location of recipient, Holidays, Carrier delay and most importantly incorrect shipping information such as: Suite #’s, zip codes and phone numbers may result in lost packages or may be delivered to unintended recipients. Carriers may or may not leave a package at the door. Please let us know if a signature is required. If the driver feels it best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package is deemed undeliverable and will be returned to us.

Orders are often processed the day we receive your request. It is important to us to get your gift out in a timely manner however, weekends, inclement weather and other unforseen circumstances may cause slight delays. Recipients are usually notified shortly before delivery of a gift however, we may on occasion need to leave a gift in the care of a neighbor. Signatures are obtained for future reference if necessary.
Cancellation & Claims Policy
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping by calling us at 203-591-1250 on the original day that the order was submitted but not later than 5pm Eastern Standard Time. Any cancellation thereafter will result in our refunding only 50% of the order.

The information we collect includes: name, address, telephone number, email address, IP address and when necessary, date of birth and credit card information when you: Place an order with us, receive a gift from us, or inquire about our products and services

U.P.S. is our chosen carrier. Gifts are shipped Mon thru Friday . Gifts are usually shipped the same day your orders placed given its placed early in the day. If placed on a weekend, please allow 24-48 hours . Ground shipping is our method of shipping on non-perishable gifts and second day, three day select is available for shipping bakery/fruit baskets and other perishables out of Connecticut.
We guarantee wonderful responses from the recipients of our gifts and will do everything to expedite your order!
We reserve the right to make product substitutions of equal or greater value due to product availability. Due to the melting point of chocolate, temperature safe substitutions are made (May-Sept) or as necessary.
Please note: During holiday seasons, we anticipate merchandise shortages and delayed shipping times. We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value when necessary.
Also, we reserve the right to modify any gift as shown on website that requires UPS shipping to insure safe delivery. (we may bubble wrap wine bottles to insure safety)
For gifts that contain multiple bottles or fragile items, we may choose to wrap separately.
For gifts that contain wine, an adult signature and shipping fee is included in the delivery price of wine baskets.

Your Complete Satisfaction is our Goal!
We will do all within reason, to resolve customer satisfaction issues in a timely manner. Any discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods. If you are not satisfied for any reason, let us know and we will promptly send a replacement gift or provide you with a refund or replacement.
